Structures made from kits
As I mentioned before, the structures I made directly from kits are usually small. They may be stand alone buildings or part of a larger industry scene. The smallest of these is a hand car shed made by Tichy that is being used as a tool shed at Powhatan Mine. The largest is Hanna Steel Corporation in Ensley, which was the Milton A. Corporation kit from Pikestuff. While these were all made from kits, I did add a few exterior details, interior lighting to many of them and interior wall photos in the houses. Click on the images below to see several of the finished structures made directly from kits. Each picture will say who made the kit, the name of the kit and where it is on the layout.
